    We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. You can pay for your order when it is delivered to your doorstep.

    Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE. There are no additional shipping charges.

  3. How long does shipping take?
    Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days within the UAE. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with delivery details.

  4. Where do you ship?
    We only ship products within the UAE. International shipping is not available at the moment.

  5. Can I track my order?
    At this time, we do not provide tracking numbers, but you will receive updates on your order status, including the expected delivery date.

  6. Can I change or cancel my order?
    If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation or make changes by contacting us at gmc66041@gmail.com Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  7. What is your return policy?
    If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us at gmc66041@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Returns are free within the UAE.
